The increase in demand for tuna is due to a sushi boom in the region. Why do you think eating sushi has become major cities?

Sushi has become popular because it is interesting as there are many varieties. The price is reasonable so even students can afford them. They are easily available as they are sold in neighbourhood shops and supermarkets. Sushi can be eaten as a main meal, snacks or any time of the day. Sushi is ready prepared so it is very convenient. No utensils are needed to consume sushi so even busy people can eat them while they are working. Tuna contains Omega three and fatty acids which is essential for good health. Most importantly, no oil is needed in sushi, so sushi is a very healthy food. (Reported by Elizabeth)

Eating sushi is convenient and it is healthy. Sushi’s main ingredients are rice, vinegar, raw fish or shellfish or vegetables rolled up in nori seaweed - the most popular fishes are tuna and salmon. Sushi is low in calories while also high in fibre, vitamins and omega-3.The nori is dried toasted seaweed. It is fat-free and contains vitamins A and B. The rice is relatively healthy and it is also high in fibre and often enriched with vitamins and minerals. There is a large variety of fillings in sushi and one of the most popular fillings is Tuna.
