The picture shows a scene at a food centre or coffee-shop. There is a chicken rice stall and a noodle stall. A woman is sitting at a table having her meal. She has put her shopping bags on two other seats. There are three men standing near her table waiting for seats. The men look unhappy as they have no seats. In my opinion, she is not being considerate. She should take down her bags so that other people can share the table. Nearby, a mother and her two children are eating. The little boy is feeding a stray cat by throwing food on the floor. He should not do that. A man is walking towards them with 2 glasses of drinks. He could be the children's father. There is a couple looking at the family. They are probably waiting for a table too. When the family finishes their lunch, the couple looking at them will sit down to have their lunch.
